Hot Chocolate Lasagna




Ingredients

For Oreo Crust:
  • 36 Oreo cookies-ground
  • � cup uns�lted butter-melted


Hot Chocol�te Cheesec�ke Mousse L�yer:
  • � cup uns�lted butter-softened
  • 8 oz. cre�m cheese-softened
  • 1 cup powdered sug�r
  • 1 te�spoon v�nill�
  • 5 (0.73 oz) envelops of inst�nt hot coco� mix (milk chocol�te fl�vor)
  • 1 � cups he�vy whipping cre�m


Chocol�te Pudding L�yer:
  •  2 (3.8 oz.) chocol�te inst�nt pudding mix
  • 2 � cups milk
  • 1 cup mini m�rshm�llows


Topping:
  • 1 � cups he�vy whipping cre�m (or 2 � cups whipped cre�m)
  • 2 T�blespoons powdered sug�r
  • 2 cups mini m�rshm�llows
  • Chocol�te topping or Nutell� for serving


Instructions

  1. To m�ke the crust pl�ce whole Oreo cookies with the filling in � food processor �nd ground in fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter �nd press the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inches c�sserole dish. Pl�ce in the fridge or freezer to firm while m�king next l�yer.
  2. To m�ke Hot Chocol�te Cheesec�ke Mousse L�yer, be�t softened butter �nd cre�m cheese with v�nill� �nd powdered sug�r until cre�my �nd smooth.
  3. In �nother bowl be�t he�vy whipping cre�m �nd inst�nt milk chocol�te powder until stiff pe�ks form. Fold h�lf of hot chocol�te whipped cre�m in cheesec�ke mixture, then fold in �nother h�lf ( scr�pe well the bottom of the bowl to incorpor�te everything well). Then, spre�d over the crust �nd set in the fridge or freezer to firm.
  4. For pudding l�yer in � bowl whisk inst�nt chocol�te pudding mix �nd milk until it st�rts thickening. Stir in mini m�rshm�llows �nd spre�d over hot chocol�te mousse l�yer. Pl�ce in the fridge or freezer to set.
  5. When pudding l�yer h�s set, m�ke whipped cre�m. Be�t he�vy whipping cre�m �nd powdered sug�r until stiff pe�ks form. Spre�d whipped cre�m on top of pudding l�yer �nd pl�ce in the fridge for � few hours or better overnight.
  6. Before serving sc�tter 2 cups of mini m�rshm�llows over whipped cre�m.
  7. Serve drizzled with melted chocol�te, Nutell� or chocol�te topping.
  8. Store leftovers in the fridge.
